Join a Student Experience Panel (1st year UG)
Share your lived experience. Shape the future of Leeds.
We are looking for students who want to use their own experiences of studying and living in Leeds to help shape positive change across the University.
As a member of the Student Experience Panel, you will share your perspectives on what it is really like to be a student here – both the challenges and the highlights. By talking about your lived experience, you will help staff understand what matters most to students and how the University can better support its diverse community.

About the Student Experience Panel
The Panel brings together around 20 undergraduate, home, and international students from a wide range of backgrounds. Members use their personal experiences to:
- Advise on how new initiatives will affect students day-to-day
- Reflect on and evaluate existing services, support and communication
- Ensure the University’s decisions are informed by real student voices
What you will gain

What we are looking for
We are looking for a wide range of undergraduate students in their first year of study from across the University.
Time commitment
Panel members are required to attend a one-hour meeting each month with the option of staying on the panel for the duration of your studies.
You will receive a £15 Great Food At Leeds voucher for each session you attend.
