She's built international teams from the ground up, navigated fast-moving markets across multiple regions, and delivered go-to-market strategies that have shaped how billions of people discover, connect, and consume content.

In this session, Beth brings that hard-won experience directly to you. Expect an honest, practical conversation about what leadership in a major tech company really looks like the decisions, the setbacks, the pivots and what you need to be doing now to position yourself for a career at this level.
