Your APT: Further questions and help
All students should receive an email from their APT during the beginning of their first year, to introduce themselves and invite you to meet with them. If you are still unsure who your APT is or need to report a problem, you can request assistance from the LUBS Programme Support Team.
In your message, please include the following information:
- Your student ID number
- The name of your course
What if you need specialist advice?
As we've said, a conversation with your APT is a great start when you find yourself needing advice or help with any aspect of University life. Often they will be able to guide you towards the assistance you need to succeed and thrive at Leeds.
But an APT is not a professional counsellor or careers advisor, so there may be times when speaking directly to one of the many specialist services the University offers is the best solution for your problem.
