LUBS students rise to the challenge!

In a remarkable display of business acumen and teamwork, students from Leeds University Business School (LUBS) triumphed in the annual Universities Business Challenge, reaching the national finals. Under the guidance of the LUBS Employability and Opportunity Team, four teams (two undergraduate, two postgraduate) competed in high-pressure virtual trading rounds, managing simulated businesses in sustainable energy and bioplastics. The Challenge, which tests strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, saw the LUBS postgraduate teams placing 5th and 6th out of 12, while the undergraduate teams secured the 4th and a position between 6th to 10th.
